Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $35 CAD.
International Shipping — United States
We currently ship to the United States via Canada Post International. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information and contact your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at sparklejoydrawings@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sparklejoydrawings@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
